Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — all product photos on our website are either professionally shot in-house or provided directly by our manufacturers to reflect the actual items you’ll receive. What you see is what you get in terms of size, shape, and material. Please note, minor color variations may occur between production batches or due to lighting and screen settings. If you’d like to confirm fit or feel before ordering, we’re happy to send a free sample.

Do you offer bulk pricing or volume discounts?

Yes, we offer competitive bulk pricing for businesses. Our price tiers typically begin at quantities of 500, 1,000 ctrs, or more depending on the product. The more you order, the better the unit price. If you’re a frequent buyer or planning recurring purchases, we can also create a custom quote tailored to your volume needs.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Most of our standard packaging products have no strict MOQ, making it easy for small or new businesses to try things out. For custom-branded items (like printed cups or bags), MOQs do apply — usually starting at 5,000–10,000 units, depending on the material and complexity of your design.

4. Can I request product samples before ordering in bulk?

Absolutely. We encourage all business customers to request free samples to test sizing, texture, and appearance before committing to a larger purchase. Just email us with the items you’d like to try and your shipping address. If you already have an order in progress, we can also include samples of other products in your box.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Email us your order number, photos of the affected products, and a brief explanation. We’ll investigate the issue promptly and arrange a refund, replacement, or credit depending on the situation.

Do you offer custom branding or logo printing?

Yes, we offer custom logo printing on a range of products including paper cups, kraft bags, sleeves, and boxes. Our team can help you choose materials, mock up designs, and prepare everything for production. Lead times typically range from 6–7 weeks, and minimums start at around 5,000 units varying among products. Reach out to discuss your branding needs.

How do I open a business account or apply for Net 30 terms?

If you’re a business planning recurring orders, we can open a business account for you. Send us your business name, shipping address, and estimated monthly volume. After review, you may qualify for Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms, along with early reorder reminders, recurring delivery setups, and priority service.
